2. Injectors
Yesterday, when i was accelerating to the fullest speed from highway paytoll, I experienced an abrupt drop in power like the engine is running out of gas or injectors are not firing any more. Today, i pulled out the spark plugs, three were drenched in gazoline, the fourth one was dry. When I crank the engine, there are no sparks i put tissue on the top of each of the injector holes, the 3 drenched with gazoline jump out but the 4th stays closed. I checked the ground connection on ECU pins 14/55/30/55/48/55/14/55/48/ I got 0ohm. So i assume the problem is elsewhere.
I also tried to reset the PID but without success. The car will start when the G28 is unplugged, and it works fine when the G28 plugged in. However the intermittent misfire issue still occurs at higher RPM. The temperature sensor for coolant (G62) shows the wrong temperature of -49c even when i unplug it. I also noticed that the oil gauge in the cockpit shows 2 bars but the actual pressure is zero.
I'm not certain what to do, but i feel i have pretty much ruled out everything else. However, i'm afraid that I might have missed something. Let me know if you have any ideas! TIA!
